Level 31 Royal Envoy

08/27/2012 		I'm trying for 3 stars in level 31 & the cheat on this site says to cheer up leprauchaun #8 step but the little guy doesn't go past 50 happiness at that point and in fact takes much longer to get too 100 happiness why?
